Our Team

​

Our team consists of first and second-year graduate students pursuing Master of Science degrees in I/O Psychology at St. Cloud State University, working under the supervision of professors with over 20 years combined experience. Diverse career interests and goals enable our group to offer a wide variety of analyses and solutions tailored to fit the needs of each individual client.

We proudly serve the St. Cloud and Twin Cities metro areas.

Services

Our services include delivery and analysis of a customized engagement survey created by our team, survey feedback, training and development facilitation and recommendations, team-building strategy, and more.

It is our goal to customize a program to meet the unique needs of each organization to employ our services. Each of our clients' projects is tailored for particular business setups and structures.
